How quickly do you deliver?

Usually within a week, but delivery time can vary depending on what pedal toy you order and where delivery is required. An expected delivery time is clearly shown for every item on the site.

NB: The delivery time quoted is the best available and can not be speeded-up by additional payment for a quicker service.

How much is delivery?

UK shipping costs vary depending on the pedal toy bought. Most orders have a shipping charges of £9.99 or £14.99, but this can be lower or higher on some lines. The delivery cost of every item is clearly shown alongside each product.

Where do you ship?

We ship to U.K. addresses only. Some pedal toys are limited to mainland UK addresses only, which will be indicated on their product details page.

Exports - We can not arrange for any shipments outside of the U.K., but are happy to delivery to a 3rd party address if you can arrange your own export.

Can I choose where to send my order?

Yes, you do not have to ship to the cardholder address. If the delivery address differs from your cardholder address you will be asked for your landline telephone number (as known by your card issuers) as an extra security measure.

Can you gift wrap?

Sorry, these items are too big to send gift wrapped and can only be shipped in the standard manufacturer's carton.

RETURNS POLICY

What happens if I don't like what I've ordered ?

You have the same rights when buying here as you have when buying in a shop. We offer a full 14 day money back guarantee so if you are not happy with your purchase we will replace it with the same or different pedal top, or refund the full sales price of the product if you prefer. We can not offer a refund for a used pedal toy, but are happy to replace it inside of the 14 day period.
